Bathrooms will range from one to three for each home. There will also be a limited number of penthouse units, offering dramatic views. Prices will range from the mid-$400,000s to $4 million. Each tower at Allure will feature delightful common areas for owners to feel as much at home throughout the building as they will in their own residences. Community amenities will include a business center equipped with Wi-Fi, great room, club room with a conference and dining facility, game room, work out and spa facilities, and high speed elevators. Tower One broke ground in September 2005 and will be complete in the Summer of 2007. Currently taking reservations on Tower Two, they will convert to contract by April 2006.
