FORT LAUDERDALE, FL- The Trump International Hotel & Tower Fort Lauderdale project is now under way here. Donald Trump, Roy Stillman and Bayrock Group are developing the 301-unit condo hotel.
The 24-story asset will be located at 551 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. and is expected to be completed in 2007. Stiles Corporation is the project's general contractor. Michael Graves & Associates has designed the hotel in partnership with Oscar Garcia Architects.
The property's units, many of which have been sold already, are priced between $500,000 and $3 million. The hotel itself will have a residence rental program and5,000-square foot health club and spa.
