MIAMI -- The Setai Resort announced today that it has started sales of hotel condo units in its newest tower. This collection of 50 ultra-luxury hotel condo suites has been custom designed and built in the style of the Setai Hotel, which is being managed by legendary hotelier Adrian Zecha's GHM and is one of the newest members of The Leading Hotels of The World.
The Setai Resort Condos are single room suites that come equipped with Duxiana beds, Irish Linens, BOSE(R) surround sound systems, Lavazza espresso machines and toiletries by Aqua di Parma. All the furnishings were custom built for The Setai and each suite is finished in teak and granite flooring.
Setai Resort Condos range in size from 510 square feet (48.35 m2) to 684 square feet (63.27 m2) and prices start at $675,000. Buyers have the option of enrolling their condos in the Setai Hotel rental program.
Sales of the Setai Resort Condos are being handled exclusively by Zilbert Realty Group. Brokers are welcomed at the Sales Center at any time along with their clients. The sales office is located in the lobby of The Setai Hotel at 2001 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.
