DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Ocean Waters Development has selected The Pickard Group with JPMorgan Chase as its exclusive preferred lender for hotel condo sales at the upcoming "Own The Plaza" sales event scheduled for April 29 at the Plaza Resort & Spa.

Prices for the hotel condos range from $200,000 to $500,000. Select corner penthouse suites are also available for a premium.
