LAS VEGAS- The new Platinum Hotel and Spa is expected to make its debut here in July. The CONDOMINIUM HOTEL and spa complex is co-owned and operated by Marcus Hotels and Resorts, a division of the Marcus Corp.
The Platinum will feature 255 suites with views of the Strip and the mountains, indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center and the WELL Spa.
Additionally, the hotel will have a poolside restaurant, a cocktail lounge/social parlor in the lobby and a rooftop terrace. It will not have a casino operation.
All units in the 17-floor high-rise will be individually owned, fully furnished condominiums. Unit features include a 42-inch wall-mounted plasma high-definition televisions, full kitchens, electric fireplaces, whirlpool baths and private outdoor terraces.
