Fairmont Hotels & Resorts signed a letter of intent with developers planning to build the $450-million Tampa (Fla.,) International Technology Center, which will include a 45-story hotel with 400 guestrooms and a condo tower with 182 condos. Murray Klauber, founder of the Colony Beach & Tennis Resort at Longboat Key, is the lead developer. Construction is expected to begin this year.
