KISSIMMEE, FL- The Quality Inn Heritage Park Hotel here is currently being converted into a condo hotel under the same name and franchise designation, according to the Condo Hotel Center, which specializes in brokering condo hotel sales. When the conversion is all said and done, the hotel will be one of the first midscale properties in the country to become a condo hotel.
Titan Resources has been the owner of the facility since 1999. Cornerstone Hospitality Group will manage the condo hotel. Units are being sold for $79,900 each. Each of the hotels' 152 rooms will become condo hotel units.
