NEW YORK- Carlton Advisory Services has been retained as the exclusive capital advisor for the land acquisition and ground-up construction loan relating to the development of a condo hotel in New York's SoHo section.
Carlton is currently in the process of putting together $280 million in acquisition, construction and mezzanine financing for the project's undisclosed owner. The 350,000-sf asset will stand 40 stories and contain a 416-room, five-star condo hotel. The owner is also planning on building 12,000 sf of retail space, including a five-star restaurant and upscale spa, within the structure.
