FT. LAUDERDALE, FL- The developer of luxury hotel condominium project here, Il Lugano at the Village, has retained Benjamin West to provide FF&E purchasing services for the new-construction project.
Il Lugano at the Village will offer 126 studio and one/two bedroom hotel condominium suites, plus 24 private condominium residences. The hotel will operate under a national brand and is scheduled to open late fall 2006.
